Meet the Doctors of Bethlehem Dental Care
Dr. Jepson, Dr. MacMillan, Dr. Falco
The doctors & staff of Bethlehem Dental Care seek to combine skill, aesthetics & customer service in order to provide you with the very best in dental care. As a family practice, they are experienced in caring for patients of all ages, from children to adults. Dr. Scott MacMillan and Dr. Dean Jepson, and their associate, Dr. James Falco, offer modern dental technology & procedures including digital x-rays, single-visit computer-designed crowns, dental implants & clear aligner orthodontic treatment. They believe in providing long-term preventive care & patient education. From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll benefit from their experience, their commitment to continuing education, their detail-oriented approach & their desire to build long-term relationships with their patients as a bridge to better dental health
Dr. MacMillan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He has practiced dentistry in Bethlehem for over 18 years & enjoys the strong ties he has built with the community.

Dr. Jepson grew up in the Lehigh Valley area and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Jepson has been practicing at Bethlehem Dental Care for the past seven years. He provides a wide range of services including one-day crowns, bridges, esthetic resin bondings, root canals, dental extractions, dental implant placement, and implant restorations. He is also certified in Invisalign and has a strong focus on esthetic dentistry, helping patients achieve healthy, natural-looking smiles.

Dr. Jepson stays on the cutting edge of dentistry through continuing education courses and is committed to providing exceptional patient care while building lasting relationships with his patients.

When he's not transforming smiles in the office, Dr. Jepson enjoys traveling, hitting the golf course, and cherishing every moment with his growing family. He is happily married to his wonderful wife, Claire, and together they are raising three amazing children.
Dr. Falco received his dental degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He remains up to date on many of the advances in dental medicine through continuing education. He has enjoyed providing preventive, family & cosmetic dental care to residents of the Lehigh Valley for over 25 years. He has worked with leading dental companies on new innovations and product development, and has presented continuing education courses on replacing full sets of teeth using dental implant technology. As part of his current role at Bethlehem Dental Care Dr. Falco aidspatients with missing teeth restore their smiles with partial and full denture prosthetics.
